To comply with government directives and to meet our obligations to our clients, staff and wider community, we have implemented a few changes to working practices.
Entry to the office is by appointment only Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
The office is closed on Saturday but we can be reached on 9375 9375 (9am – 1pm) should you need to contact us.
We ask that you make an appointment to come into the office. This will allow us to comply with social distancing requirements, adhere to the permitted density quotient and maintain our cleaning regime.
Please DO NOT come to the office if you should be isolating with symptoms of COVID-19, have been notified that you are a close contact of a confirmed case or are a confirmed case. The safety of the whole community should be front of mind at all times.
Stage 3 restrictions in the Melbourne metro area mean that inspections of all our properties can only be made via private appointment.
Book an inspection via the property listing on our website or any of the real estate websites or call the listing agent directly.
We ask that you only make an appointment to inspect a property if you are able to do so. While inspecting a property, we ask all our clients to follow the 1.5m physical distancing guidelines and hand sanitiser will be provided.
Please refrain from opening drawers and cupboards. Should you wish to see anything in particular, please ask the agent in attendance for assistance.
Wearing face masks in public is now mandatory and are required when inspecting a property.
Face to face meetings may be a little restricted for a while, but we haven’t let that get in the way of helping you achieve your real estate goal. Embracing online technologies, we have opened more doors!
