A 24-year work history in real estate ensures Heidi is not only an industry veteran, but eminently qualified to manage the day to day office administration at McDonald Upton. Along with her Agents Rep, she is a fully licensed estate agent with experience across multiple metropolitan and bayside agencies, working largely in property management.

Her versatile skill set, enhanced by exposure to a broad geographical demographic, includes understanding the needs and expectations of clients from all walks of life, delivering first rate service and positive solutions for all parties.

Heidi is a gifted and proactive problem solver with the ability to quickly assess situations. Backed by her long-standing industry knowledge, she is a valued support to the entire team, cultivating a respectful and happy workplace culture. She is also an empathetic mentor to less experienced colleagues, relishing the opportunity to help them achieve their goals.

Her real estate credentials are in no doubt; as a REIV Award finalist in 2017, she went on to win their coveted Residential Property Manager of the Year Award in 2018 and 2019. Heidi is a music lover who plays the piano (not as well as she’d like) loves to travel, while spending precious downtime with her husband, two sons, extended family and friends is a huge priority.
