  • Have a business co-founder actively involved in our Property Management department.

  • Employ a trusted team of tradespeople from whom we DO NOT accept commission sharing.

  • Provide flexible management fee plans (5% - 8% depending on the level of assistance required)

  • Retain in-depth knowledge of RTA and VCAT procedures.

  • Employ a full time Trust Accountant – to ensure rent is disbursed to RRP's as soon as possible.

Guidelines For Pools And Spas

Pool or spa at your investment property?
 
On 1 December 2019, new laws to improve swimming pool and spa safety came into effect, introducing new inspection, maintenance and compliance requirements for property owners. As part of the changes, you will be required to register your swimming pool and/or spa with your local council.
 
Landlords of properties affected by these laws will be required to provide a copy of the compliance certificate to our office.
