Julia's real estate career started when she set off for The Great Big Overseas Adventure, where she wound up living in London scoring a job in real estate. With a career established overseas and consolidated back in Australia, she briefly dabbled in property management before realising that sales was her area of specific interest and eventual expertise.

Born and bred in the Essendon area, Julia’s geographic and demographic knowledge of Melbourne’s North West is extensive and she prides herself on understanding the needs of couples and young families. Her forte is in establishing strong, lasting client connections, with a warm and approachable manner ensuring quick rapport with people. Julia makes it her business to manage expectations in all areas, establishing honesty and personal integrity as the hallmarks of her work.

Highly organised in all areas of her life, Julia balances the needs of family life with her daughter Willow and son Hugo, by making the most of her down time. She loves spending time with her family on the Mornington Peninsula hitting up the wineries or on the beach cavorting with her dog Rex the Cavador.

I invited Julia to appraise our home and I felt comfortable with her straight away. Julia is a straight shooter and does not tell you things you want to hear, she tells you as it is.
Unfortunately, we did not sell at auction. I am all about everything happens for a reason so I was not devastated at the time. I knew when the time was right it would sell.
